Water Jet Cutting:
The newest addition to our capabilities is an ESAB waterjet cutting machine. High pressure water is forced through a small
nozzle which produces an extremely clean, precise cut. The process allows for parts to be tightly nested, maximizing yields.
Water jet technology offers extremely accurate cuts of complex parts, efficient use of materials, less compression distortion
and quick prototyping. We can precisely cut a wide range of materials, from the softest elastomers to the most rigid plastics.
